Attorney Profile
Daniel B. Morgan is a 1984 graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing,
Michigan. Mr. Morgan's legal career has focused in the areas of
Family Law, Education Law, Real Estate and Estate Planning. He is
a court approved facilitative mediator, and a member of the Family
Law Section of the State Bar Association. Complementing his interest
in Education Law, Mr. Morgan served on the Waverly School Board
for eight years, four as president.
Prior to attending law school Mr. Morgan was a high school principal
in Grant, Michigan, an assistant principal in Saranac, Michigan,
and a teacher and coach in Marcellus, Michigan. He served as an
officer for three years in the U.S. Army, Infantry, one year in
Vietnam.
His interest in Family Practice grew from his training and work experience as a teacher, coach and administrator in education, and his interest in helping families resolve their legal problems.
Mr. Morgan is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Ingham
County Bar Association and the Eaton County Bar Association. He
is married, has two adult children, and lives in the Lansing area.
